Our chocolate colomba has a rich chocolate flake and cocoa filling that makes it a delicious but not overly cloying dessert. Thanks to the use of high-quality cocoa and chocolate, our chocolate colomba is an elegant, sweet treat, especially when paired well.
A product made entirely by hand
We only use fresh ingredients of the highest quality, which our master pastry chef turns into exquisite hand-made goods that are unique in both flavour and appearance.
Shelf-life: 25 days – in production from the end of February, with deliveries commencing on 5 March 2020.

Our pastry chef recommends…
For maximum enjoyment, place your colomba near a heat source for 10 to 15 minutes. For extra special occasions, serve your chocolate colomba with a sweet passito wine or a liqueur wine made from red grapes. Enjoy a slice with a glass of dark rum after a meal.
