Our apricot colomba is an indulgent and inviting sweet treat. We use almond paste in the dough to enhance the flavour of dried apricots, whose bright colours remind us of carefree summer days.
A product made entirely by hand
We only use fresh ingredients of the highest quality, which our master pastry chef turns into exquisite hand-made goods that are unique in both flavour and appearance.
Shelf-life: 40 days – in production from the end of February, with deliveries commencing on 5 March 2020.

For maximum enjoyment, place your colomba near a heat source for 10 to 15 minutes. For special occasions, enjoy your apricot and almond colomba with a late harvest sweet wine or a Moscato di Pantelleria.
