Crescia

A leavened pasta with the shape of a large cylindrical bread. In the Marches, it is the symbol of Easter and, as in the traditional recipe, our crescia is produced with savoury cheese and fresh eggs. The only real difference between the traditional Easter crescia and the crescia salata is its delightful softness, making it a versatile product that is easy to consume.

INGREDIENTS:

Flour, eggs, parmigiano reggiano POD cheese, pecorino romano cheese, butter, natural yeast, milk, sugar, malt, barm, salt, nutmeg, pepper.
