The pistachio and Cantiano cherry panettone is really appetising. The typical fragrance of panettone is enriched by crispy pistachio nuts and by the sweet aroma of cherries. These wild cherries, locally called visciole, come from the little village of Cantiano, at the end of the Montefeltro ancient region.

INGREDIENTS:
Flour, Cantiano cherries, butter, egg yolk, natural yeast, sugar, pistachios, acacia honey, pistachio paste, salt.
Icing: sugar, almonds, egg whites, wheat flour, corn flour.
