Moretto is a sweet treat we invented based on the famous Moretta fanese! Have you ever tried a Moretta? It is a sweet coffee containing anise, rum, brandy, and lemon zest, and it was invented by fishermen in Fano who used to consume it upon mooring their boats. Moretto is a cake dedicated to coffee lovers. It’s incredibly versatile and is particularly suitable as an afternoon snack.

We only use fresh ingredients of the highest quality, which our master pastry chef turns into exquisite hand-made goods that are unique in both flavour and appearance.

For maximum enjoyment, place your Moretto near a heat source for 10 to 15 minutes. For special occasions, enjoy a slice of Moretto with a late harvest sweet wine, a passito, or a nice cup of tea.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.

Once opened, consume within two days.
Avoid consuming the product close to its expiration date.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter, sugar, free-range egg yolk, cocoa butter, coffee powder, brewer’s yeast, salt. Powdered sugar.
Moretto Cream: sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, safflower oil, invert sugar, moretta liqueur, sunflower lecithin.

Made in a kitchen that handles cereals, eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts and sesame seeds.

We bake our goods in small batches, and orders are processed taking this into account. As such, you will receive your products within a maximum of 7 working days after placing your order.

This is because our hand-made goods, which are free from preservatives, are baked fresh so that you can enjoy them at their very best, and also because they take two to three days to make!

Shipping costs vary from a minimum of €7 to a maximum of €15 and are calculated automatically by the system when placing your order, depending on the total weight of the items ordered and/or the destination postcode.

Shipping is free of charge for orders over €180.
